Kirsten graduated from Otago University with a double degree in law and history.  Kirsten is a dispute resolution and employment specialist with over 20 years experience here and in the UK.

Kirsten has appeared at all levels of court in New Zealand and juniored in the House of Lords in the UK.  She has extensive experience in complex civil, commercial, construction, agricultural and irrigation disputes, trust and property disputes as well as complex relationship property matters.

Kirsten also has a large practice supporting employers and employees through all aspects of HR, employment and health and safety law.

 

While Kirsten has an outstanding record for resolving serious and complex disputes she also brings a huge amount of empathy and a much needed sense of humour to help her clients through some of their most challenging times.
